Grease Extraction Cleaning
Filters within the Canopy are there to assist in preventing grease from entering the extraction system; but as with all things they do not guarantee this 100% so over time grease will build up within the extract system and coat the fan blades creating lower efficiency and create a fire hazard.
More recently kitchens are moving toward gas interlock systems; a greasy extract can have a major impact on this as grease can disrupt the air flow leading to the gas supply being disabled.
All works carried out by Kitchen Hygiene Cleaning Services Ltd are certified to BESA TR19 standards, which will satisfy your insurance Company and the HSE.

| Heavy use of equipment | 12-16 hours per day | 3 monthly frequency |
| Moderate use of equipment | 6-12 hours per day | 6 monthly frequency |
| Light use of equipment | 2-6 hours per day | 12 monthly frequency |
Following every deep clean; which is carried out to TR/19 guidelines we will issue a certificate of cleaning which can be shown to your Insurance company.
